All of our courses follow a specific set of objectives, designed to optimise what staff can learn in our session(s) and apply within their profession.

However, no two businesses are the same. As the courses are led by experienced industry professionals, Be Trans Aware is able to adapt the training syllabus to include exactly what your staff need to know.

When you book a bespoke training course with us, you can expect to move through the following journey together:

  • We begin by discovering what exactly you and your business are looking to gain from the training, including any challenges you may be currently facing. This information can either be collated through a form which you fill in in your own time, or you can chat through your objectives with one of the team in a 20-minute phone call.

  • At this stage, we take what you’ve shared with us during your assessment to develop your bespoke training session. Using the results of the analysis you provided, we create a syllabus that caters for your specific business, sector, and working culture.

  • It’s time for the delivery of the training! The training session is held either online or face-to-face using a variety of approaches, including Q&As and role-play scenarios.

  • At the end of your learning experience, we invite you and/or your staff to offer us any feedback. We want to ensure that the training your staff experience is not only informative, but also engaging and memorable.
