Course leader and trainer Sam Marshall (she/her) is an industry specialist with over 25 years of experience as a beauty professional.

She knows exactly how hard businesses need to work to uphold a high standard of client and customer service – and understands the pressures too. Training is delivered with your business in mind first and foremost, focusing on how your staff can be best supported to welcome and accommodate your trans and non-binary clients.

Sam is also an experienced teacher, having trained hundreds of beauty and hair professionals in technique, approach, and best practice. At Be Trans Aware, she creates a transformative learning experience for you and your teams.
